What’s new this season?

TC Pizza is excited to roll out a new white pizza this season. Caramelized onions, salted mushrooms, rich creamy Alfredo sauce and roasted garlic. Tommy is adding a Pastor - Pork, onion, cilantro and pineapple and also rolling out a burrito bowl.

What’s playing on the truck?

Music on both trucks covers all the bases, Scott listens to rock and roll, Abrah and Destiney prefer country and Abby loves 90’s pop.

Danielle is always down for the Farmers Market or Holla at your girl. I can always find something on tap that I love. Abrah likes the Miami vice.

Favorite local hike?

My favorite hiking spot is along the Boardman river, Valley of the Giants. It’s a must do especially in the winter with snow shoes.

What local ingredients are you excited about?

We are looking forward to using Ramps from Kasi Farms, Asparagus from Norcronk, Mycopia mushrooms

Abrah takes the lead on the pizza truck while the menu on Tommy was developed by Adam Wolpa.

Favorite Little Fleet moment?

Paris Hilton loves our pizza and we have a great picture of her and a former employee. The staff all really loved meeting her.

Best thing you’ve eaten lately?

Abrah has been raving about an eggs benny crepe from Millie & Pepper. Danielle and I ate every taco we could get our hands on in Mexicos Yucatán peninsula.
