Soup & Bread
Soup & Bread started in 2015 when friend Andrea Diebler approached The Little Fleet to start the event inspired by her work with a similar event in Chicago. Since then, it’s evolved into a monthly series that runs each November through March.
How it works
Local restaurants and chefs donate soup and bread. You pay what you want. All funds raised go directly to the nonprofit of the month.
We are endlessly grateful for the friends and chefs that continue to donate their time, skills and resources for Soup & Bread. Not to mention you–our community–for showing up and helping out.

Our 2025/2026 season is a wrap. Thank you to all the restaurants who participated and all of you for making it out.

Interested in participating in future events?
Reach out below to get involved with Soup & Bread. All chefs are asked to contribute three gallons of soup, bread, and a volunteer to help serve the soup. We provide bowls, spoons and napkins. Someone will reach out to you to confirm your date and event details.
